Billing Tiers

Mugwort & Mint Medical Billing offers three billing support tiers to allow you to customize your service.  The tier you choose will be dependent on the level of support you are looking for.

Herb infused oils

Billing Setup​

One-time fee of $550

Establishment fee to cover the cost to gather client information, setup Electronic Health Record (EHR) for billing, register with Clearinghouse, and access appropriate insurance portals. 

Credentialing, Contracting &
Business Consultation

In addition to billing, Mugwort & Mint Medical Billing also offers providers support in credentialing, contracting with insurance plans, and establishing a private practice.

Credentialing​

One-time fee of $400​

Establishment fee to cover the cost to gather all relevant credentialing information, and setup all relevant portals, including CAQH, OPCA, NPPES, etc.
